Sorry just paranoid after reading about parasites in sushi:( Parasites aren’t going to magically appear once you’ve already bought it. In any event, like any food really I wouldn’t be freezing / thawing over and over. If you’ve got leftover tuna, just wrap it tightly in Saran wrap and keep it in the fridge.
